We are seeking an **Admin and Operational Coordinator** to join our team. This role offers flexibility, with options for part-time or full-time work, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
**Key Responsibilities (Not limited to)**
**Administrative Support**:
- Manage general administrative tasks, including maintaining records, organizing files, and responding to client inquiries.
- Assist with scheduling and internal communication to support efficient team workflows.
**Creative Branding & Marketing**:
- Use Canva to create **on-brand materials** for marketing campaigns and tender submissions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure materials align with Royal Facilities' branding and messaging.
**Operational Support**:
- Coordinate services and ensure compliance across various sites.
- Support on-site operational activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist with logistics and oversee smaller operational projects as needed.
**Versatility**:
- Embrace a flexible, all-rounder mindset and take on diverse tasks to contribute to the overall success of the business.
**What We’re Looking For**
- **Fluency in English**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- **Creative Skills**: Proficiency in Canva with the ability to create visually appealing, brand-aligned materials for marketing and tenders.
- **Adaptability**: A proactive and versatile individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills and precision in managing tasks.
