THE ROLE
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for overseeing Homes Victoria's integrated precinct facilities management pilot. The integrated precinct facilities management pilot is designed to improve renter satisfaction through onsite integration of maintenance and operational service delivery and to empower renters.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

**The key components of this role include**:

- Management, integration and improvement of service delivery of existing providers onsite - security, cleaning, gardening, maintenance, building services etc.
- Co-designing the service with local advisory groups - integrating and participating in engagement programs
- Engagement and liaison with renters directly to improve service delivery and ownership of outcomes
- Compliance and performance management of contractors on site
- Undertaking common area inspections and coordinate repairs
- Monitoring maintenance jobs and ensure timely rectification
- Pilot local maintenance services and proactive renter participation groups
- Implementation of improved local renter communication streams

WORKING IN RURAL VICTORIA INCENTIVEExternal applicants relocating to a regional area could be eligible for up to $20,500 worth of incentives. Internal applicants relocating to a regional area could be eligible for up to $15,500 worth of incentives. If you live and work in an area classified as ‘remote' by the Australian Tax Office, you may also be eligible for additional salary packaging arrangements, such as mortgage interest, rental costs, and residential utilities.
