As a TA Consultant at IAG, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to enable seamless, consistent and excellent customer experiences for internal and external customers. **Key Responsibilities**
- Provide effective and efficient best practice recruitment services through effective partnership and consultation.
- End to end recruitment across portfolio ~20-30 vacancies concurrently (mix of internal and external vacancies)
- Provide employment market expertise, sharing insights and providing recommendations.
- Map, plan, and deliver on defined initiatives to optimise recruitment practices and the IAG employment brand.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IAG people policies and external laws and regulations.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous internal/ agency recruitment experience.
- A keen interest in diversity and experience with sourcing talent creatively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Superior communication skills and previous experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
