As a TA Consultant at IAG, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to enable seamless, consistent and excellent customer experiences for internal and external customers. We have TA opportunities to drive exceptional recruitment practices across different portfolios (Corporate and Technology)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide effective and efficient best practice recruitment services through effective partnership and consultation.
- End to end recruitment across portfolio ~20-30 vacancies concurrently (mix of internal and external vacancies)
- Provide employment market expertise, sharing insights and providing recommendations.
- Map, plan, and deliver on defined initiatives to optimise recruitment practices and the IAG employment brand.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IAG people policies and external laws and regulations.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous internal/ agency recruitment experience.
- A keen interest in diversity and experience with sourcing talent creatively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Superior communication skills and previous experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
