About the role:

We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support a leading professional services firm within its Consulting division on a 3-month temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-performing internal recruitment team.

You'll partner closely with Hiring Managers to manage end-to-end recruitment processes — taking job briefs, sourcing and screening high-volume candidates, presenting shortlists, and providing strong stakeholder support throughout each stage.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across multiple consulting areas
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a high-quality candidate experience
  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and HR team

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner / Internal Recruiter, ideally in a large or complex organisation
  • Confident working independently
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experienced in managing high-volume recruitment
  • Consulting or professional services recruitment experience is advantageous
