The JLL Talent Acquisition Team is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Consultant. This is a junior/ entry level role, and you’ll work in a team-based environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to drive successful recruitment outcomes.
Your mandate will include managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for positions across the Property & Real Estate sector. Given the impressive scale, scope and diversity of our Markets, Property Management and Corporate Functions business lines, you’ll obtain great exposure across many of our high-profile clients and portfolios.
A crucial facet includes building and leveraging key stakeholder relationships, whilst developing and taking to market strategic and proactive sourcing strategies. You can identify and attract talent in an increasingly difficult market, with the capacity to manage your assigned volume of open job requisitions.
Other duties include.
Partnering with Hiring Managers to determine hiring plans and executing the best sourcing strategy.
Complying with our recruitment approval processes.
Knowledge in sourcing and attracting diverse talent. JLL values diversity and inclusion.
Effectively communicating the JLL brand, what we do, our culture and environment.
Meeting all monthly TA KPI’s.
Champion automation of AI initiatives and speed up ways of working.
You may have qualifications in HR or have been working in a TA support role within a recruitment agency and are now ready to break into your first internal role.
Attention to detail, communication (verbal and written) with the capacity to pick up systems and technology will be paramount.
