Key Requirements of the Role
Administrative Excellence: Coordinate interviews, manage reference checks, and support our Senior Talent Acquisition Consultants in their day-to-day tasks- Employer Branding: Collaborate with our marketing team to enhance our employer brand, ensuring consistent messaging both internally and externally- Graduate Recruitment: Support our graduate recruitment initiatives, helping us attract fresh talent to the RBA- Reporting and Compliance: Stay on top of reporting requirements and ensure adherence to relevant policies and standards
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR administration in a Central bank preferable- Experience using Workday- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Familiarity with recruitment tools and technology
