**About the Role**:
As **one of our two Talent Acquisition Consultant working on a part-time basis**, you will play a crucial role in supporting our People & Culture team. We are flexible around the days and hours, however ideally you will do three consecutive days commencing a Monday, or Wednesday.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, such as new hire paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Conduct onboarding orientation sessions, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and position profiles, providing guidance and support as needed.

**Process Coordination**:Assist with the coordination of various processes including but not limited to; reward and recognition, employee engagement, health and wellbeing, performance appraisals, training and development programs.
**Administrative Support**: Managing HR records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, assisting with payroll, and generating HR reports.

**What we're looking for**:

- Previous talent acquisition experience in an internal, or recruitment agency environment
- Availability for 3 full days in a week, flexible hours on offer
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HRIS, talent acquisition tools and technologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for people and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
