With long-term project engagements across Australia within Education, Digital Media, Banking & Finance, Telco, Technology and Government, we are one of the most highly regarded and successful Professional Services Consultancies in Australia; and this is your opportunity to join a busy, high-calibre and continually engaged consulting team as a permanent member of our team.

You will work collaboratively other Avocado talent acquisition specialists, practice leaders, sales, and technical consultants, which will provide you with the opportunity to develop your technical screening knowledge beyond just providing resources for existing client requirements. It’s a fast-paced role so your ability to think on your feet and utilise your local network of talent in the IT space will be a huge asset in this role.

What you'll bring to the table:

- Min 4 yrs’ experience in IT Recruitment
- either from an Agency or Internal Recruitment role
- Solid understanding of the full recruitment end to end process
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, both within your team and with the wider business
- Expertise writing and posting job ads on various platforms (LinkedIn/Seek etc)
- Exceptional sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek and other social media platforms
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
