**About the Role**

As a Family Law Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for members, trustees, and stakeholders—providing timely, high-quality service across a range of operational tasks. You’ll play a key role in maintaining service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process requests including Form 6/Information requests, procedural fairness, and payment splits.
- Ensure compliance with legislative and fund-specific procedures.
- Maintain high quality standards through self-review and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries.
- Contribute to reporting and suggest process improvements.
- Support team goals and foster a positive team environment.
