
Board Administrator

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Super team at Mercer. This role will be based in either Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
**We will count on you to**:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Mercer Superannuation Company Secretariat, including formatting and managing board and committee papers.
- Coordinate director travel arrangements, manage expense claims, and ensure effective communication with board members.
- Organize and facilitate board and committee meetings, including logistics, catering, and minute-taking.
- Maintain accurate records of board and director information, including conflicts of interest and training schedules.
- Develop and implement administrative systems to enhance board operations and efficiencies.

- Proven experience in providing high-level support in a similar role, ideally within a corporate or governance environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while working under pressure.
