We are seeking a talented individual to join our **Marsh Operations team**at **Marsh Australia**. This role will be based in **Melbourne office**. This is a **12 month (fixed-term employment)** and hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In this role you will support colleagues and clients in all aspects of administration and technical support including making travel arrangements, calendar management, expense tracking, document preparation and correspondence, invoicing, purchasing, and business administration.

Working under the umbrella of **Operations** you will help drive standardisation of processes and procedures. This includes providing legally compliant work to the client and entering accurate information into all Marsh IT Applications, enabling the delivery of analytical statistics.

**We will count on you to**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including making travel arrangements, managing calendars, tracking expenses, preparing documents and correspondence, and handling invoicing and purchasing.
- Drive the standardization of processes and procedures within the Operations team, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and accuracy in all Marsh IT Applications.
- Utilize required IT Applications to maintain compliance, accuracy, and workload, contributing to resource allocation and process improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate production and processing of client transactions.
- Manage invoicing, debt recovery, and project financial accuracy.
- Comply fully with the Company's Errors and Omissions avoidance policy.
- Perform other duties as required from time to time.

**What you need to have**:

- High School Certificate or equivalent; further education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Experience with client relationship management and administrative support functions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
