Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of Australians navigating family law matters? We’re seeking a detail-driven and customer-focused **Family Law Administrator**to join our supportive and high-performing team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to members, trustees, and stakeholders, ensuring all requests are processed accurately and within agreed timeframes. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining quality standards and meeting service level agreements across a range of operational tasks related to family law and superannuation.
**Please note prior law/legal industry experience is not required in this role.**
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Provide superior customer service across phone and written enquiries.
- Process family law-related requests including Form 6/Information requests, procedural fairness, and payment splits.
- Action inbound correspondence and follow-ups within required SLAs.
- Ensure compliance with legislative and fund-specific procedures to minimise risk.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries and meet deadlines.
- Contribute to reporting and quality review processes.
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Be a positive and proactive team member, supporting shared goals.
