Reporting to our Marketplace Operations Manager, we're looking for a bright and motivated team member to to join our growing Marketplace team

**In this role you'll be responsible for**:

- Effectively managing relationships with existing sellers and assist with day-to-day operations
- Liaising with various stakeholders to assist with seller quality control
- Working effectively with internal Departments to achieve effective outcomes with sellers
- Analysing and action reports on seller metrics to assist with seller quality control and management

**To be successful in this role, you should be**:

- University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Commerce, Business or similar)
- Highly analytical and a logical thinker
- Have developed excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A multi-tasking ninja - we expect you to juggle 50 different tasks at once without dropping the ball (we’re not kidding)
- Tech savvy and able to use various IT and cloud-based tools to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ready to challenge, be challenged, and work within our highly disruptive business model
- Work with an incredible team to solve important challenges, helping to drive Australia and New Zealand’s eCommerce future
- Your role has a lot of ownership, autonomy and little red tape
- You’ll be empowered to achieve positive outcomes and your work will have a real impact
