About the Role

JAG is looking for an organised and proactive Ecommerce & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This hybrid role offers hands-on experience in a fast pace environment across ecommerce operations, content management, influencer coordination, and marketing. It's a great entry level role, ideal for someone passionate about fashion, with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce & Product Enrichment

  • Liaise with buying, planning, and marketing teams to gather accurate product information and maintain data integrity across all channels.
  • Upload and enrich product listings with correct copy, model specs, imagery, pricing, and SEO data in the website CMS and online marketplaces.
  • Co-ordinate product data for marketplaces, ensuring consistency and compliance with each platform's requirements.
  • Conduct regular site and marketplace quality checks to ensure products are live, linked correctly, and displaying as intended across devices.

Content Management

  • Support implementation of product launches, updates, and promotional campaigns in line with trade calendars.
  • Assist with content uploads for homepage, landing pages, category refreshes, and marketplace storefronts.
  • Curate seasonal edits on site to enhance customer experience and storytelling.
  • Site Maintenance
    Perform ongoing QA to identify and resolve errors, broken links, or discrepancies in product information.
  • Support the Ecommerce Manager with ad hoc admin, reporting, and online merchandising tasks.

Marketing Support

Influencer Management

  • Research and identify potential influencers within fashion, lifestyle, and travel categories.
  • Coordinate outreach, gifting logistics, and partnership communications.
  • Manage address collection, packaging, and dispatch for gifting.
  • File and organise influencer content and usage rights.
  • Compile monthly reports on influencer performance, spend, reach, and engagement.

Content Creation Support

  • Assist with campaign and ecommerce photoshoots in pre-production, on set, and post-production stages.
  • Coordinate talent and crew for castings and shoot days, manage product samples, and ensure shoot readiness.
  • Create and update call sheets, schedules, and run sheets.
  • Support production tasks such as location bookings, catering, and logistics.

Social Media Coordination

  • Schedule content across social platforms using scheduling tools.
  • Engage with the community by replying to comments and messages.
  • Monitor social trends and suggest reactive content opportunities across all social channels.
  • Pull weekly analytics and performance summaries to share with wider team.

Weekly Creative & Comms Support

  • Assist with creative briefing documents for internal and external teams.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trend opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to build and update weekly Go-To-Market (GTM) documents.
  • Support campaign rollouts across digital, retail, and wholesale channels.
  • Assist in building weekly marketing emails and CRM flows

Admin & Team Support

  • Maintain marketing calendars and organise creative assets and campaign files.
  • Support seasonal gifting, event logistics, and wholesale/retail marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with asset preparation and collateral for wholesale partners (e.g. Myer, The Iconic).
  • Help coordinate in-store signage, POS updates, and partner briefs.

Events & Activations

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on campaign and event execution, brand collaborations, and activations to ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist with planning and executing seasonal influencer events and store activations, including RSVPs, run sheets, and pack-down.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or fashion preferred but not essential
  • Proficient in Excel and Word. Experience in adobe suite favourable.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive approach
