**The Opportunity**

Are you passionate about delivering excellence and ensuring top-quality produce? We’re looking for a dedicated **Quality Officer** to become an integral part of our experienced Quality Team. In this role, you will report directly to the **Quality Team Leader** and play a key role in upholding our high standards.

You will be responsible for conducting thorough quality inspections on washed and graded potatoes and onions, ensuring all products meet specification and are approved for supply to our valued customers. Your insights will directly inform and support our farm management team, helping drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

**Both AM and PM shifts available**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct quality inspections of all packed produce in line with established Quality Control (QC) procedures to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to the farm management team on produce quality.
- Perform random checks to verify grading accuracy, minimize waste, and ensure correct coding and traceability.
- Accurately record inspection results using automated quality management systems and promptly report any non-conformances.
- Carry out assessments of incoming and outgoing goods to verify quality standards prior to loading or acceptance.

**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience in a quality assurance or inspection role within a food processing environment (Highly desirable)
- Experience working within the fresh produce industry (Desirable)
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to inspection and record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using technology and data entry systems for recording inspection results
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
