**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities**

Order Taking: Efficiently process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. The ability to understand customer needs and translate them into precise orders will be essential.

Order Data Entry: Maintain meticulous records and enter order information into the system accurately. This skill will contribute to the smooth flow of operations and inventory management.

Liaison with Dispatch and Sales Staff: Collaborate closely with dispatch and sales teams to coordinate order fulfillment, resolve issues, and ensure streamlined operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proactive can-do attitude
- Familiarity with stock order entry software or systems will be advantageous and aid in quickly adapting to the role's responsibilities.
- The office manager will be part of a hardworking team, so the ability to collaborate, contribute, and thrive in such an environment is essential.
- Clear and effective communication with customers and internal staff is crucial for successful order processing and customer satisfaction.
- This role requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and pay attention to detail to avoid errors in order processing and data entry.
