HR Officer

Mitolo Family Farms are looking for an experienced and highly skilled HR Officer to support the HR Team for a twelve-month contract. This position is responsible for providing administrative support associated with various HR functions including HR reporting, metrics, performance management processes and contracts of employment.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- High level of administration support to the HR team
- Complete HR Metrics as required
- HR related reporting as required
- Responsible for completion of employment contracts
- Provide HR assistance in performance management process
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

T**he following experience will be highly regarded -**
- Proven experience as HR Officer, Administrator or HR role.
- Knowledge of employment and industrial legislation and requirements, including the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards and Award and Agreement interpretation

**The successful applicant will have the following attributes -**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal skills
- Sound understanding of HRIS and Payroll packages
- Problem solving and decision-making aptitude
- Be able to demonstrate your ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate with employees at all levels and a range of stakeholders
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills
- Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor degree in HR / Business Administration, Social Studies or relevant field would be advantageous
