Cater Care Australia is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of the Business Development department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and contributing to the growth of our business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual looking for a permanent, full-time position in the exciting field of business development.
**Description**:
We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity to join our growing business, based in Milton. This role will be reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and Business Development, working closely with, and supporting our sales team.

**Responsibilities**:
Coordination of the sales team’s schedules & documentation control.
Working with Marketing to ensure adequate supply of sales-related equipment & collateral.
Daily administration of salesforce, ensuring data from sales teams are maintained & accurate.
Create, communicate & distribute relevant reports to key stakeholders
Provide administrative support to executives and management team members as required.
Managing meeting agendas and preparing any materials required.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**Experience**:
Proven experience in sales support/coordinator or administrative role.
Advanced communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficient in the use of Salesforce.
Experience in proposal/client facing document development.
Extremely organised with a strong focus on attention to detail.
