About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Support Coordinator who will be a key contributor to our Sales and Operations Teams. Reporting directly to the State Manager, the role will support our sales and branch operations functions in the day-to-day coordination and administration of activities as well as the management of events.

**Requirements**:
To be qualified for this position, ideally your background and skills will comprise of the following:

- Proactively supporting the local sales team through reporting and data insights.
- Maintain the SAP sales territory CRM data.
- Identify, develop and support projects to streamline sales processes to enable the Sales team to be self-sufficient.
- Assisting with the execution of Sales & Marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Support Co-ordinators nationally.
- Processing purchase orders, invoicing and SAP reporting for vendors
- Support the State Manager with the day-to-day operations of the office and Branch.
- Mail distribution, stationery ordering as required.
- Additional adhoc branch support as required.

**Essential requirements for this role**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with SAP would be highly desirable
