We're now looking for a Sales Coordinator (C&I) to strengthen our Commercial & Industrial team and support the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused energy solutions.
The Role
Reporting to the National Business Development Manager – C&I, the Sales Coordinator plays a key role in preparing proposals, contracts, and financial models, while managing the administrative and compliance backbone of our sales function.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing accurate financial models, quotes, tenders, and proposals for C&I projects.
Coordinating sales documentation and ensuring compliance with technical standards.
Supporting contract preparation, amendments, and compliance documentation.
Managing CRM data, pipeline tracking, and reporting insights on trends and opportunities.
Ensuring seamless handover of projects from sales to delivery teams.
Providing analytical and process support across multiple C&I projects.
About You
You're detail-oriented, organised, and thrive in supporting sales teams with robust processes and data-driven insights. You'll bring a strong foundation in financial analysis, administration, and stakeholder management.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
3+ years' experience in sales coordination, project administration, or commercial support.
Experience in renewable energy, utilities, or infrastructure projects (desirable).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and CRM systems.
Knowledge of platforms such as Orkestra for solar and battery project modelling (advantageous).
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
