As we continue to grow our business, we are excited to offer this rare opportunity to join our team at a senior level as the C-Services Lead (managed services), reporting to the State Manager.

You will have full responsibility for the ongoing management, growth and development of the C-Services business, supported by the sales team.You will be able to balance the demands of operational leadership, with a focus on high quality services, efficiently and profitably, with the strategic challenge of growing and developing the business to meet ongoing client demands.
You will be an accomplished “all-rounder” who thrives on the diversity that this role brings and the commercial challenge of rapidly growing a profitable managed services business.

To succeed in this demanding role, you will be an accomplished leader, able to engage with clients at senior levels, building a service offering clients want, as you partner with the sales and delivery teams to grow the business.
Your success will be measured (and rewarded) against a range of KPI’s, focused on team performance, client satisfaction/service, quality, profitability, capability development and innovation.
