**Uniting Communities** are seeking an experienced **Service Desk Team Lead** to join the ICT team This role is responsible for supervising the operation of the IT Service Desk to ensure issues are documented, triaged, escalated, and rectified according to set and agreed measures. This role will provide leadership and guidance to the service desk team, liaise tightly with the systems teams, and drive a culture of continual process improvement within the service desk team and the wider IT teams.

- You will bring the following to this position._
- Significant experience in a help desk role
- Ability to identify, document and implement solutions.
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Understanding of cyber processes and policies
- Ability to deliver outstanding internal customer outcomes.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Leading incidents and requests to resolution
- Providing and developing communication to customers
- Develop service desk processes, standards and workflows.
- Provide regular reports on the function and performance of the service desk
- Support and supervise the activities and performance of team members
