**Position: Service Manager**
**Location: Brisbane, Australia (Relocation Assistance Provided)**

**Responsibilities**: As the Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our service department. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Leadership**: Oversee and guide a team of service technicians and support staff, inspiring them to deliver exceptional performance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Service Operations Management**: Develop and implement strategies to optimize service operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and maintenance procedures.
- **Customer Focus**: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring prompt and effective resolution of any service-related issues.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and ensure that service procedures comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- **Performance Metrics**: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of the service department and take necessary actions to improve results.
- **Training and Development**: Identify training needs and opportunities for service personnel, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Implement initiatives to enhance service processes, streamline workflows, and improve overall service efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a service management role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the pump or related sectors.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.
- Technical background with a solid understanding of pump systems and associated equipment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with customers and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset, adept at using data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Willingness to relocate to Brisbane, Australia, and work at our headquarters.
- Annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 (AUD) based on experience and qualifications.
