A commercial cleaning company is seeking an enthusiastic Client Services Manager to join their team.

**Your new company**
This company is a leading provider of cleaning services and solutions for commercial and food industries. Their vision is to develop lasting client relationships by providing an exceptional customer service.

**Your new role**
Your main responsibility in this role would be to build and maintain a good relationship with their clients. Some of your responsibilities in this role will include;
- Managing a portfolio of existing clients along with generating other leads and new business opportunities
- Building strong client relationships and engaging key stakeholders at all levels
- Ensuring that all client KPI’s and service level agreements are adhered too and delivered in line with contractual obligations
- Conducting monthly routine inspections using mobile app inspection software and submitting reports to your direct Manager
- Ensuring that all cleaning staff are completing their work and delivering a consistent high standard of service expected
- Liaising with external clients, contractors and suppliers
- Providing pricing, quotations and estimates for clients in a competitive, high value-based environment
- Ensuring paperwork for processes is filled out on shift correctly including for the Food Safety System (where applicable)
- Rostering and approving timesheets on electronic time management software
- Management of Leave
- Consistently communicating with Client Supervisor/Manager for duties, any errors found and for continual improvement of the system
- Training staff on processes and procedures including Food Safety Management System

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, we are looking for reliable, organised and hardworking individuals along with:

- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong time management with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills including written and oral
- An enthusiasm for continuous improvement and problem solving
- Experience working in health and safety
- Knowledge and experience in commercial cleaning industry is preferred
