SIXT Australia is seeking a** Duty Manager** to join the team at **Adelaide Metroplex **for a 12 month Secondment. **Your Opportunity**: As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for: - Day-to-day operational support - Supervising the frontline team including Customer Experience Agents - People and performance management including daily mentoring and coaching for the frontline team to maximise and drive sales - Maintaining a strong and positive focus on customer services to manage conflict and resolve customer concerns - Achieving targets and KPIs, and delivering high audit and compliance standard for the business - Reporting and daily fleet management **About you**: - Demonstrated ability to lead a high performing team - Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience - Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic - Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence - Full working rights in Australia At SIXT Australia, we will keep you safe along the way, so your safety and wellbeing is our priority and we expect your commitment to our health and safety policies and encourage others to do the same.
