Looking for an exciting new challenge? **Join our award-winning Architecture firm as a Personal Assistant to the CEO in Sydney** We're on the hunt for someone who is detail-oriented with **solid and proven experience in executive assistance** to join our passionate and fun-loving team.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Manage company and personal social media accounts, taking responsibility for all postings and updates, including marketing materials.
- Handle videography, photography, and b-roll, preparing content for social media.
- Provide copywriting and dubbing assistance for the CEO to meet company and client marketing needs.
- Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO across all aspects of the role.
- Assist with personal matters as required by the CEO.
- Update all compliance matters (included but not limited to insurance, architects’ registration, CPD).
- Answer office phone calls, greet clients, and assist in managing client relationships.
- Deliver gifts and urgent packages as required.
- Procure office supplies and personal items for the CEO.
- Maintain and tidy the CEO's office, ensuring a professional environment.
- Update the office manual, organize and coordinate office operations, procedures, and resources to enhance organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Assist in business development activities, attend client meetings and events as required (sometimes outside regular working hours).
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Effectively manage time and prioritise tasks in a highly demanding working environment.
- Provide support to other directors when required.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the CEO.
- Uphold a high level of professional integrity and maintain confidentiality at all times.

**Your Requirements**
- Flexibility to work and be accessible outside regular office hours when necessary.
- Solid experience in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, RED, etc.).
- Proven experience in providing assistance to senior executives.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of graphic design software (InDesign, PowerPoint, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and requirements.
