**About the business and the role** Clear Edge Glass Systems is new company bringing an innovative, state of the art product to the glass and glazing industry. We are looking for an experienced sales person with a passion for closing the deal. We are offering a part-time role, perfect for a parent looking for school frinedly hours, as we are a company as passionate about our families as we are about our products. The Objectives - Dynamically increase the sales of Clear Edge Glass Systems - Seek out and engage new customers within the building sector - Follow up each lead with passion and commitment in order to boost sales. The Person - A results-driven sales representative - Experience in the building or glazing industry with established relationships (preferable) - Self-motivation to work autonomously and confidently while part of a team - A willingness to learn - Excellent written and verbal communication - High attention to detail with a focus on quality of product and information - Goal driven with a desire to develop within the 10 year strategic growth plan **Job tasks and responsibilities** The Responsibilities - Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule - Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships - Handle paperwork, neatly, file and organize - working within systems - Attend industry functions and events - Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments - Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management. - Continuously improve through feedback **Skills and experience** Experience in the building sectors is advantageous. You will enjoy operating in an environment where accuracy and timely product delivery is essential. To succeed in the role you will require strong relationship building skills along with the ability to prospect new opportunities, projects and clients.
