We're an established company with 25 years in the building materials sector; we're on the hunt for a Sales Manager who lives locally in Melbourne's South-Eastern suburbs and who knows the ins and outs of the construction industry. If you're passionate about selling premium insulation products and thrive on building strong customer relationships, we want to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in building materials sales (insulation knowledge a big plus)

Professional, well-presented, and articulate communicator

Goal-oriented with a relentless drive to sell, sell, sell

Confident in onboarding new customers and expanding market reach

Intermediate computer skills

Determined, enthusiastic, and ready to grow with us

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Selling high-quality insulation products to builders, contractors, and developers

  • Generating new leads and converting them into loyal customers

  • Representing our brand with professionalism and pride

  • Collaborating with our internal team to support business growth
