Clonakilty Food Company is a proudly Irish, family-owned business with a heritage dating back to the 1880s. Our award-winning products – including our iconic Blackpudding, Whitepudding and Sausages – are enjoyed across Ireland, the UK, and right here in Australia.

We're looking for a commercially driven National Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our Australian operations and drive brand growth nationally. This is a rare opportunity to manage an internationally recognised brand and play a hands-on role in shaping its success in the Australian market.


What you'll do
  • Manage and grow key retail accounts (including Woolworths)
  • Drive new business in retail, foodservice, and export channels
  • Lead sales presentations, promotional planning, and range reviews
  • Partner with our Carrum Downs manufacturing site to ensure supply, quality, and consistency
  • Deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and insights
  • Collaborate with our global marketing team on campaigns and launches
  • Represent Clonakilty at events, trade shows, and activations

What we're looking for
  • FMCG sales/account management experience (Woolworths experience highly desirable)
  • Strong commercial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and promotional planning skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing ability at all levels
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers or supply partners
  • Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Passionate about food and building lasting customer relationships
