**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Generating leads and listings
- Attending open homes and auctions
- Managing diaries and organizing appointments
- Preparing listing kits and marketing materials for properties
- Participating in meetings with photographers, stylists, and buyers
- Effectively liaising and negotiating with vendors and buyers
- Managing and maintaining database entries
- Preparing for auctions and open homes
- Attending sales training sessions

**Skills and experience required**:

- Possession of a current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Hold a current Agents Representative Certificate or License
- Prior experience in real estate, preferably in sales, or a strong track record of success in sales within a different industry
- Passion for real estate and a confident and outgoing personality
- Ability to quickly build rapport
- Demonstrated resilience and the ability to handle setbacks calmly
