What We Need From You
- RSA Certification - absolutely essential.
- Experience in stocktaking and inventory management - keeping waste low and quality high.
- At least 2 years of cocktail-making expertise - from _shaken_, to _stirred_, your confidence speaks for itself.
- A keen eye for waste control and cost management - because every drop matters
- Passion for training and developing new bar talent - sharing your love for great drinks because service _è tutto_

You’ll Stand Out If You Have

⭐ Experience curating cocktail menus - we want fresh ideas and creativity.

⭐ WSET Qualifications - because knowledge is power (and great wine pairings matter).

⭐ A genuine passion for all things beverages - cocktails, wine, spiritsif you love it, we want to hear about it

⭐ Experience with rostering (not required but a plus)

The Fine Print
- Evening shifts with weekends and public holidays as needed.
- A mix of hands-on bar work, training, and admin time.
- Room for growth and the chance to shape the bar program, especially if our late-night concept launches

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
