At _La Casa of Johnny, Vince & Sam_, a traditional Italian restaurant with an old-world charm, we’re on the hunt for two rockstar Assistant Managers to be part of our _famiglia_

If you're hands-on, full of energy, big on teamwork, and love creating a fun welcoming vibe where everyone feels like family, we want YOU to help us keep the dolce vita rolling at our beloved restaurant in Carlton Here, we’re all about laughter, love and some seriously good pasta

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **A restaurant management pro** who can juggle multiple tasks like a circus performer on espresso, with a laser-focus on **exceptional service** and keeping things running smoother than a bowl of spaghetti
- **Hands-on bar experience** - whether you're mixing drinks, managing staff, or keeping the wine flowing, you’ll be the captain of the bar. Bonus points if you can do it with a smile while cracking a joke.
- **Stock ninja** - you know how to track inventory, do stocktakes without breaking a sweat, and keep waste low while making sure we’ve got enough Parmesan to last through the weekend rush. (Hint: there's never enough).
- **Master scheduler - you can craft staff schedules that feel like a perfect lasagna: well-layered, balanced, and with the right amount of coverage**
- **Flexibility** - You’re ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, because in an Italian restaurant, that’s when the _real_ magic happens.
- **A deep love for Italian food, wine, and making guests feel like family**, even if they’re just here for the parmigiana
