Oh “Lord” we are lookingfor a dependable, hardworking, and hands-on Bar Manager with a positive outlook and a sunny disposition. Must have strong cocktail, wine, and beer knowledge. The “Lord” is located alongside Zagames House Hotel in Carlton which is the number 1 Traveller ranked hotel via Tripadvisor.

A full-time role operating over a 7-day roster. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Assist and report to the Outlets Manager
- Attend to daily administration tasks.
- Have a high standard of operations, procedures, and service.
- Ensure the bar and surrounding areas are always kept clean and tidy as well as

maintained.
- Establish and custom service level standards
- Assist with enhancing and/or develop, Implement, and enforce new policies and procedures that will positively impact the P&L and improve the overall bar operation.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
- Monthly stock take duties

**Are You**:
All about enjoying you work? As our Bar Manager you will have already have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a cocktail bar. Previous knowledge on beverage costings and menu creations would be advantageous, but not essential we can teach you this. You will already have a working knowledge of a P.O.S system. You have a passion and willingness to learn and have a “can do attitude”. You excel at team building and fostering relationships with both our small team and our customers.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
