A Carlton Gem, Gastro Pub with top notch food is seeking great crew members who love to give High 5's while engaging in great quality service
- New Management Team

We are looking for an Experienced food and beverage operators who can help drive with a new management team.

New to the industy : Possess a great attitude
- we are willing to train as well

The Floor team must be an ace in the following areas
- Great attitude to learn if new to the industry
- Exceptional Food and Beverage Knowledge (RSA Certified)
- The ability to run well in a team environment
- Charisma to chat to friendly clientele and explain our excellent Cuisine
- Can confidently run a section on your own
- Correct Working VISA

The Bar team must be an ace in the following areas
- RSA
- Cocktail Knowledge is a plus, (not a deal breaker)
- Can pour pints and drinks and high 5s at the same time
- Correct Working VISA
- Or maybe your a coffee guru looking for a change and to get behind the bar
