**What is the Role?**

The Customer Relationship Officer is a client-facing role, handling incoming leads within our Mobile and Community Team at our head office location in Fortitude Valley.
Full time with the flexibility to work from home on occasion.

**What will I do?**
- Client services, in particular, handling incoming calls and queries
- Work as a part of a national team to onboard new clients and referrers who utilise different funding models, including NDIS
- Handle queries and work closely with our allied health therapists to coordinate the efficient booking of patients into their caseloads.
- Support the administration of a Quality Management System
