How you'll make an impact:
We’re on the hunt for fresh talent, with a hunger for learning, a curious mindset and appetite for growth to join us as a Client Relationship Officer.
In this role, you will use your passion for customer service excellence to support the Asset Finance Operations team in delivering the best possible service to our clients. You will be responsible for tracking outstanding deals, settling transactions whilst simultaneously striving to give best possible service to clients and introducers.
What you'll do:
- Review loan documentation and check that it’s correctly completed and meets required approval conditions
- Assist with the settlement process for asset finance transactions
- Carry out loan administration tasks such as data entry, payout quotes and PPSR administration
What you’ll bring with you:
- Previous experience in a customer services role preferred
- Strong ability to work as a member of a team
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong numeracy and financial analysis skills
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Excellent level of initiative and problem-solving skills
