Olive Solutions is recruiting a **Client Relationship Manager** on behalf of a dedicated NDIS Service based in Brisbane. They are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to play a vital role in driving their organisations success and contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Business Growth**: Identify opportunities, build stakeholder networks, and convert leads into active clients.
- **Relationship Management**: Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery in collaboration with internal teams.
- **Leadership & Compliance**: Supervise staff, ensure compliance with NDIS standards, and contribute to organizational success.

**About You**
- Proven experience in business development or a similar NDIS role.
- Strong understanding of NDIS principles and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications (Worker Screening, NDIS Induction, First Aid, etc.).
- Experience working with vulnerable participant groups and implementing risk-reduction strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer programs.
- Experience in governance frameworks addressing clinical and practice governance.

**Qualifications**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services, Business Management, or related fields, or extensive experience in the NDIS/disability sector.
- Current Worker Screening approval.
- Completion of the New Worker NDIS Induction Module.
- Australian Driver’s License.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates (if applicable).
- Comprehensive vehicle insurance and registration (if using a personal vehicle).
- Commitment to compulsory professional development.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
