The roleAs a Senior Consultant Psychologist and Client Relationship Manager, you will be delivering superior standards of training and consulting relating to mental health and wellbeing, whilst building long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure ongoing service delivery.
The role will work across the following key areas:
- Learning, Wellbeing and Consulting Service
- Facilitation of training programs face to face and virtually for a range of clients across a number of topics
- Consulting projects including psychosocial risk reviews, job task analyses'
- Early intervention Consultant Services
- Client Relationship Management
- Management and growth of client portfolios
- Ongoing client contact to continually consult, develop, design and manage project services and products
About you
- Generally Registered Psychologist (AHPRA)
- 5+ years experience working in corporate consulting and facilitation
- Previous experience with account management and client relationships with excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and build positive relationships within a corporate environment
- Experience in counselling and consulting within a short-term solution focused framework
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- Possessing a Growth Mindset
