**About the Role**:
**You will be responsible for**:
- Co-ordinating the schedule for a UAT release with stakeholders and clients
- Running walkthrough meetings of the Production upgrade schedule with stakeholders and obtaining agreement on the schedule
- Co-ordinating the work required to prepare the environments for UAT
- Communicating with clients the contents of a release and approvals required to proceed to Production
- Supporting clients through the UAT process, often liaising between Support and clients
- Co-ordinating the schedule for a Production upgrade with stakeholders (DA & clients)
- Communicating with clients the final schedule for the Production upgrade
- Consulting with stakeholders to create and publishing the release calendars.
**What You'll Need to Succeed**:
- Tertiary qualification(s) or relevant experience in a related field or area of study
- At least 1 year (12 months) of relevant experience within the release environment
- Exceptional stakeholder management and engagement
- An analytical mindset and strong ability to manage your time and others' effectively
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience within the banking and/or financial services industries would be desirable, but not essential.
