Braeside, Australia Smart Records Group Full time

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team for a data processing role. You will work with the team lead on projects that vary in scope and size.

Your main duties will include:

- Sorting, sentencing (figuring out how long documents are kept for) processing and data entry on our premises
- Utilizing and selectively employing a variety of different retention schedules.
- Scanning of records as required

This role will predominantly be based in our office in Braeside, but from time to time periods of time will be spent at clients site.

The successful applicants will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Fast typing speed and accuracy
- Good grasp of basic computer skills
- The ability to work autonomously
- Working with Children check (provided if not already obtained)
- Police Check (provided if not already obtained)

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Annual bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Braeside, VIC 3195: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
