**Supply Support Officer**:

This is a part time 30 hours per week fixed term role for 12 months reporting to the Capacity Supply Manager. This is a hybrid role, where you will work 2 days from home and 3 days in an office in Sydney - we have offices in Surry Hills, just beside the Central train station or Warriewood in the northern beaches - with carparking or public transport options available. This role is expected to work based out from our Manufacturing site in Braeside.
**Purpose of role**:
This role will support with essential administrative and supply execution activities for the Planning team. This role is key to ensuring accurate data entry and analysis along with creation of relevant documentation to support smooth production and other supply workflows ensuring effective communication across the team and other stakeholders.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Maintain and update production and inventory related data records.
- Monitor raw material orders and coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and external stakeholders as required.
- Support planning team with data entry, materials checking and follow-up, reporting, and analysis.
- Maintain and update customer demand (orders/forecast)
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Conduct internal communications between planning, production, warehouse, and Central Supply teamsSupport compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures
**Who are you?**
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain or any tertiary education related to production planning field.
- Previous experience in production planning or administrative support roles preferred.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- ERP experience preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stay calm under pressureAttention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
