**Warehouse Assistance**:

- **Inventory Control**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Conduct regular cycle counts to reconcile inventory levels and address any discrepancies.
- **Order Processing**:

- Coordinate and facilitate the accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
- Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner to meet customer delivery deadlines.
- **Shipping and Receiving**:

- Oversee the receiving of incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of received goods.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labelling.
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain organized and detailed records of shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions.
- Generate and review shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
- Communicate any delays or issues with orders to relevant stakeholders.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Report and address any quality issues promptly.
- **Equipment and Facility Maintenance**:

- Monitor the condition of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and report maintenance needs.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

** A forklift license is mandatory, and experience in operating a Reach Forklift is preferred.**

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: Up to $50,000.00 per year
