**About the role**
**Responsibilities**
Your duties will include but not be limited to;
- Offering a wide range of support to multiple teams
- Processing returns and claims
- Order processing
- Preforming general administration tasks
- Filing, scanning and digitizing documents
- Purchasing office supplies and ensuring the office is maintained
- Other ad hoc duties as directed
**Skills & Experience**
- Ability to build rapport and great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Basic computing skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
- Able to work as an effective team member across different departments
- Experience in distribution or warehousing would be an advantage
- Previous sales or relationship building experience highly desirable
**About the client**
Located in Braeside our client has been established for many years. They now lead the way in their industry and have strong customer base. This role is an initial temporary position, with the view to permanency that requires an individual that will bring their hardworking attitude to their friendly team.
