**Full Job Description**

**The Role**: Due to rapid growth and expansion we are looking for a customer service representative in our residential team on a permanent full-time basis. You are to provide customer support, scheduling and liaising to help us scale and deliver the highest quality products and service to our residential customer base. As a representative you will play a critical role in the everyday operations of EVSE Australia by bringing together and optimising the various business departments to achieve our mission and hit our financial KPI's.

Reporting to the residential team:

- Support the BDM and Project Manager in delivering residential projects
- Ensure installations are co-ordinated timely
- Support the internal project team & customers
- Monitor and improve internal systems and processes
- Responsibility for day-to-day operations of the business
