**Position Overview**

At Matrix, our Project Officers organise, manage and schedule staff to carry out survey projects. The position is responsible for managing all aspects of survey logistics, analysis and updating job management systems on a daily basis.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The main duties and responsibilities of a Project Officer include but are not limited to:

- Responsible for coordinating all types of field surveys
- Organise and schedule field installers by utilising Matrixs job management systems
- Supervise Field Installers and ensure the company meets OH&S regulations
- Conduct occasional on-site visits and supervision
- Prepare Road occupancy licenses (through a partner), Safe Work Management Statements coordinate Traffic Control as required
- Manage induction process for casual installers/ surveyors
- Liaise with data processing and analysis/ reporting teams
- Attend to and report on and field or data quality issues
- Organise a team of field installers and manual surveyors, ensuring they abide by Matrix rules and standards

**Logistics**
- Resolve logistics and data issues
- Review, reconcile and approve survey data and final results
- Coordinate equipment availability with warehouse and team

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
