**The Opportunity**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EH&S Support Manager to join our team.

The role will assist the Global Health & Safety Lead with the implementation and maintenance of our client, eBay EH&S management system, through engagement with the in-country facilities managers within the APAC region.

You will provide high-level and quality administrative support, focusing on risk assessment, the safety management system, safety audits and inspections and the management of reported incidents and hazards. you will work closely with the Health & Safety Manager to ensure we support our employees while conforming to legislation and compliance.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
Assist with the management of incidents, near misses and hazard IDs, including supporting appropriate investigations, chasing follow-up actions and developing and encouraging proactive reporting.
Help with the management of the proactive safety processes, including risk assessments, and the planning of safety audits and inspections, and helping develop easy to use forms and templates within our health and safety processes.
Generate safety data and reports for use by the business.
Assist with the administration and upkeep of the document management system to ensure that our advice, corporate policies and procedures are kept current and readily accessible.
Provide support with safety management training, including inductions and statutory training compliance.
Require to travel, around 6 times per annum within APAC Portfolio.

**Essential Criteria**:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A diploma or degree in EH&S.
3-5 years of Regional EH&S experience in APAC with MNC.
Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Able to work as part of a team dispersed in other regions and countries.
The ability to influence and engage with all levels of the organisation's client side and within JLL.
An enthusiastic and positive approach to health and safety.
