À propos de ce poste Job Location: St.Peters, Sydney, NSW Job Summary - Coordinates and executes day to day logistics duties and operations - Manages shipping, receiving and handling of parts and consumables - Researches and identifies new vendors, OEM’s, repair service providers and contractors Handles the purchasing requisitions for parts and materials - Analyzes and manages spares stock and availability, coordinate and follows up on repairs - Performs inventory checks, transaction verification and provides variance reports - Ensures adherence to established CMS (FSTD manual) - Evaluates applicability and manages implementation of simulator FSB’s - In collaboration with CAE EH&S Regional Manager, provide support and guidance to the local teams in the implementation of CAE Global EH&S programs and initiatives, adherence to local country EH&S regulation, annual EH&S objectives, management reviews and leadership practices - Conduct and/or support audits and inspections related to EHS for all CAE sites. The EHS Officer/BPO will raise/or support the closure of corrective actions against those situations where there are dangers or non-conformances. - Perform continuous reviews for risk and hazard identification and risk analysis. Assist managers in developing ways to mitigate or avoid adverse events. This includes risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work. - Support with conduct a review and provide guidance to ensure the monthly, quarterly and annual EH&S metric reports are submitted on time via CAE-GEHS and that supporting documentation is provided and archived - Support and coordinate implements and follows up on EH&S processes and procedure changes, LFI, LFE, etc. - Performs periodic checks and verification on tools and equipment as per EH&S procedures Monitors and coordinates tools and equipment calibration and certification activities - Submission and management of safety reports to the relevant authorities and management officials. - Support incident reporting and investigation requirements, and related company systems - Coordinates and follows on maintenance service requests for facility equipment related to the simulator operations - Coordinates and follows up on 5S initiatives, ensures clean and efficient workspace - Foster awareness of 'Learning From Events' and Lessons learned. - Act as the specialist and provide technical expertise, develop/update policies and procedures, and support all the sites on any questions on conformance to company or official regulations on EH&S; and liaise with EH&S CAE Global representatives, as required. - Leads and participates in improvement projects - Other tasks as assigned by the technical manager LI-JA1 Type d'emploi Régulier Employeur offrant l’égalité des chances .
