As the Payroll Coordinator role, you will assist in ensuring the seamless execution of payroll processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional service to associates and management. **Key Responsibilities**
- Process and prepare pay runs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage data entry for new hires, terminations, salary changes, and deductions.
- Maintain and update payroll records and the Time and Attendance system.
- Address payroll queries and discrepancies with excellent customer service.
- Compile and report on payroll data, including earnings, taxes, and leave balances.
- Support payroll tax payments and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
- Process salary adjustments, back pays, and other payroll updates.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as required by the business.

- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and focus on compliance with policies and procedures.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage high volumes of data and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to address queries and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Discretion: Commitment to maintaining confidentiality with sensitive payroll information.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll systems and time-tracking software is highly desirable.
