UDirect is a department that supports people with either NDIS or DoC Funding and can support people who plan manage, self/share manage or who need support coordination.
The Finance Officer position ensures the maintenance of a third party payroll service and ongoing operation of key systems and processes relating to services to meet the needs of people who have chosen to manage their own funds.
This role works alongside our customers as well as our Advisors and Support Coordinators.
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- The provision of a third party payroll service including the administration and maintenance of the payroll system, Aurion;
- Taxation and Superannuation Reporting;
- Production of reports and statements;
- Processing invoices, acquittals, payments and wages;
- Administration tasks including data entry and maintaining accuracy of information;
- Accessing and updating funder portals;
- Creation of budgets, customer records, employee records and general data collection as required;
- Receives, directs and manages communications within the team;
- Works collaboratively with all team members to deliver quality support to people;
- Collaboratively supports the entire UDirect team to provide quality service by undertaking tasks as requested.
**What we need from you**:
- Current registered BAS Agent (essential)
- Payroll experience (essential)
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills and the ability to relate well to all people
- Ability to think, problem solve and think outside the box
- Ability to organise and plan daily and weekly administrative activities and prioritise workload effectively
- Ability to be an effective team member who works in collaboration with colleagues and customers

- A salary of $62,540 per annum plus super
- Option to Salary Package up to $18,550 to reduce taxable income
- Flexible working conditions to support work life balance
- Option to work a 19 day month
- Ability to work from home as well as in either the Osborne Park or Jandakot office
