Then this may just be the opportunity for you **We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our Logistics team in Marsden park for H&M AU. **Job Description**:
- Support the HR Manager to execute the people strategy deliverables for the DC.
- Coordinate the Employee Lifecycle
- Plan and administer onboarding routines, including pre-employment checks of all existing and new hires with Payroll, to a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage and action all employee life cycle requests together with Payroll and DC HR Manager working within the required timeframes.
- ER administration, drafting warning and termination letters, supporting with disciplinary invites and employment verifications.
- Ensure consistent and clear communication to all DC team members and support the development of all managers.
- Process and action all offboarding related tasks, including all systems to be reflective of leavers and current headcount per Department.
- Ensure understanding, interpretation and communication of all DC industrial instruments & Company Policies.
- Workers Compensation administration
- Payroll Administration and Manage the DC Time & Attendance System, including Data cleansing and maintaining integrity of Payroll Data.
**Qualifications**:
To be considered for this role you must display for following qualities;
- Strong in communicating and adapting method-based criteria on circumstance.
- Profound knowledge in HR core activities (e.g., training, onboarding, recruitment) as well as general DC operations.
- Solid functional understanding of role requirements within DC across functions & interdependencies with the reg. / global org.
- Solid understanding of local labor law and regulations as well as group’s values and culture.
- Strong skills in coordination, conflict resolution, disciplinary concepts and workplace investigations.
- Empathetic and understanding to human behaviours and drivers.
- Holistic view for the bigger perspective with a visionary approach
- Ability to encourage collaboration, co-creation and people development by empowering others.
- Agile mindset, positive attitude to change & meaningful growth.
- Inclusive and empathetic towards others, encouraging diversity.
- Self-awareness, understanding your impact on others and contribution to the whole group.
